Animal Collective is an experimental pop group that came out at the turn of the millennium and have produced music that reflects it. Their Merriweather Post Pavilion was a highly praised album in 2009. Animal Collective released their newest album Painting With earlier this year and Levitation is their only performance in Texas on the album’s supporting tour.
