Formed in 2025 (formerly known as Goth Soul), Black Nails is a Los Angeles-based dark alternative band led by Matt Dixon (vocals/guitar) with Dan Walker (lead guitar), Adrian Navaro (bass) and Jojo (drums). They have opened for acts such as Gene Loves Jezebel, Deadbolt and Crazy Lixx and have played venues including the Whisky a-go-go and the Rainbow. The band was announced as a featured act for San Diego World Goth Day 2026.
