Eva Ollikainen (born 12 February 1982) is a Finnish conductor who has served as Chief Conductor and Artistic Director of the Iceland Symphony Orchestra since the 2020–21 season. She won the Jorma Panula Conducting Competition in 2003 and has held chief conductorships with the Nordic Chamber Orchestra and Orchestra della Toscana, with high-profile appearances including the BBC Proms. She is noted for championing contemporary composers—particularly Anna Thorvaldsdottir—and for founding the Iceland Symphony’s Conducting Academy.
