Fleur Barron is a Grammy-winning mezzo-soprano noted for her interpretation of contemporary and symphonic repertoire, including the title role in Kaija Saariaho’s Adriana Mater on the Grammy-winning recording with the San Francisco Symphony under Esa?Pekka Salonen. She has appeared at major festivals and made debuts with ensembles such as the New York Philharmonic and the Berlin Philharmonic, and is mentored by Barbara Hannigan. Barron holds a BA from Columbia University and a Master’s in Vocal Performance from Manhattan School of Music and is a past winner of the Tanglewood Jackson Prize.
