La Zorra Zapata is the solo project of Nuria Zapata, a Lima-born multidisciplinary artist who performs using loop stations and voice-led arrangements. Her self-titled debut album was released in 2020 and she has continued releasing material through 2024–2025 while performing across Latin America, Mexico, the United States and Europe. Her work has received airplay on outlets such as KEXP and she frequently appears on platforms like Bandcamp, SoundCloud and Apple Music.
