Mao Fujita (born 28 November 1998) is a Japanese pianist who rose to international attention after winning the 27th Clara Haskil International Piano Competition in 2017 and taking second prize in the piano category at the XVI International Tchaikovsky Competition in 2019. He has an exclusive recording relationship with Sony Classical (including a 2022 release of Mozart: The Complete Piano Sonatas) and has performed at major venues and festivals worldwide, including a solo recital debut at Carnegie Hall.
