Téka (artist site newbossa.com) is a vocalist, guitarist and arranger originally from Londrina, Brazil who studied Music Education at São Paulo University and at Berklee College of Music. She has performed and recorded with Hermeto Pascoal, Gilberto Gil, Flora Purim and Airto Moreira and has released albums including Garden Planet, Watercolours of Brazil and So Many Stars. Her work has been featured with symphony orchestras and at international jazz festivals.
