Formed in 2015 by CJ (Cynthia) Johnson and Andy Valenti, Oh He Dead grew from an acoustic duo into a five-piece act. They released Pretty (2023) and the follow-up Ugly (2024), performed an Audiotree Live session in 2024, and have appeared on national radio and festival bills. The band entered NPR’s 2021 Tiny Desk Contest and has been covered by outlets including The Washington Post.
