Rootful is a Los Angeles–based band led by vocalist Art Mayes with Enoch Davis (guitar/visuals), Cristian Cornejo (drums), Howie Cruz (bass) and harmony vocalist Anika Erickson. They won a 2022 InterContinental Music Award for the song "Rise", placed in the 2021 West Coast Songwriters International contest, achieved Top 10 ReverbNation placements and a 5-star GigSalad rating, and released the single "My Way" (Aug 8, 2024) while preparing the full-length album "Animal Style."
