His sets are a joyride through disco decadence, ’90s house, minimal, techno, hard groove, ravey breaks, pop vocals, and the frequent left-field oddity that combines for a sound that’s both tender and relentless.
A student of the originators and a lover of the disruptors, Soul Purpose pays homage to queer dance culture while keeping things firmly locked in the present—playful, unpredictable, and deeply groovy.
