Teddy Abrams is an American conductor, composer, and multi-instrumentalist who has served as Music Director of the Louisville Orchestra since 2014. He won a 2024 Grammy for The American Project and was named Musical America’s 2022 Conductor of the Year. Abrams has premiered major works (including a piano concerto written for Yuja Wang) and led notable cross-genre collaborations and recordings with the Louisville Orchestra.
