Luke Carlsen fronts The Fresh Rhythm (sometimes billed as The Fresh Rhythm Big Band) and has held regular bookings at venues such as Herb Alpert’s Vibrato Grill & Jazz and regional swing-dance events. The ensemble recorded sessions at United Recording with producer Claytoven Richardson and has released music including the single "The Hang" (February 21, 2025).
