Víkingur Ólafsson is an Icelandic pianist who signed to Deutsche Grammophon and gained international recognition for his acclaimed recordings of Philip Glass and J.S. Bach. His Bach album won BBC Music Magazine's Album of the Year and he regularly appears with major orchestras and at leading concert halls worldwide.
