GUEST ARTIST WORKSHOP | $35 | AGES 16+ | Join Clay Date guest instructor Sebastian Schiff for a fun and informative experience!
Enjoy a beginner friendly ceramic workshop where we will be making our very own Tic Tac Toe boards out of clay. Led by Sebastian Montes-Schiff, an LA based Queer Mexican American artist and educator. Come play with clay in community as your create you own tic tac toe symbols and design your own board to play on, you’ll tic tac toe-tally love it!
Great for those who are looking for access to ceramics, clay friends, or sharpening your skill set! No experience necessary. No reservations necessary to attend Clay Date. You are welcome to purchase your ticket ahead of time or at the door day-of the event.
Price of admission also pays for one firing of class work. Option to return to paint your class work at a later Clay Date (additional class/firing is not included). Students will be notified via email to pick up their fired pieces 4-6 weeks after the class. Student work will be food safe and ready to use upon pick-up. Pieces may be picked up during Gallery Hours 12-6pm on Mondays or at any Clay Date. Everyone will have up to three months to pick up their pots- after which we will have to dispose of them to make space for new class work.
