The Lighthouse Cafe is a historic live music bar steps from the Hermosa Beach Pier, celebrated as a cornerstone of West Coast jazz since it began hosting jazz in 1949 and the home of the Lighthouse All-Stars. Today it presents an eclectic mix of genres most nights and is known to many as a filming location from La La Land. Its brick-walled, intimate room sits right on Pier Plaza amid a dense cluster of bars and restaurants.
