About
West African Conga Rhythms and Beats is a weekly workshop at The World Stage led by master drummer Najite Agindotan. The program meets Tuesdays from 6:00–8:00 p.m. and teaches traditional rhythms from Nigeria, Ghana, and the Ivory Coast (suggested donation $15). It provides hands-on instruction, ensemble practice, and opportunities for participants to perform together.
